Who we are

Let's Pass This Exam (the "Platform") is operated by Let's Pass This Exam LLC, a California limited liability company. Our mailing address is 4275 Executive Square, Suite 200 #1036, San Diego, CA 92037, United States. You can reach us any time at hello@letspassthisexam.com.

By creating an account, buying a plan, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to hold an account.
• One account is for one person. Accounts, logins, and question content may not be shared, resold, or used by a group.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your login.
• Give us accurate information when you sign up so we can support you and reach you about your account.

What your subscription includes

A paid plan gives you personal, non-transferable access to the features listed on the Pricing page for the length of the term you bought. Features are improved continuously, so specific questions, tools, and pages may be added, changed, or retired over time.

How you may use the content

• Use the questions, rationales, study path, and guides for your own exam preparation.
• Do not copy, screenshot, record, scrape, republish, or distribute our content, in whole or in part.
• Do not use our content to build or train a competing product, question bank, or AI model.
• Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the Platform, or access parts of it you have not paid for.

Study support, not clinical or legal advice

Everything on the Platform is educational study material. It is not clinical advice, patient care guidance, legal advice, or a guarantee of any exam result. Always follow your program, your supervisors, and the official NBCOT materials for authoritative requirements.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that shares access, copies content, abuses staff or other members, or charges back a valid payment. Where the situation allows it, we will contact you first and explain what we saw.

Limits on our liability

The Platform is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for exam outcomes, lost opportunities, or indirect losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Platform grows. If a change materially affects you, we will post the new version here with a fresh date and, for active subscribers, send an email. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
