Cancellation Policy

How to cancel

Open your dashboard, go to billing, and choose to cancel your plan. You can also email hello@letspassthisexam.com from your account address and we will do it for you. There is no cancellation fee and no phone call required.

When it takes effect

• Cancelling stops the next renewal immediately.
• You keep full access until the end of the term you already paid for.
• Cancelling on its own does not create a refund — see the Refund Policy.

Coming back

Your progress, study path, and results stay on your account after a cancellation. Resubscribe any time and pick up where you left off at the price current on that day.

Deleting your account

If you want your account and personal data removed entirely rather than paused, email hello@letspassthisexam.com and ask us to delete it. We will confirm before anything is erased, because deletion cannot be undone.
